Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

• Customers can choose various shipping options at checkout.  These include regular shipping and rush shipping.
• For rush shipping, please call or email us with the order details and the date you would like to receive your rush order.  Please be sure to include your order number in the email.  You can also use our contact form for this request.
• Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card information is authorized and verified.
• All orders will require signature at time of delivery.
• All Ross Chains shipments are insured by a third party company.
• For deliveries to private residences in or around Manhattan, a direct signature will be needed or an available doorman must be available to receive your product.  This is especially necessary in the event that a rush order is requested and a local messenger service is used to deliver your product.
• In the event that a private messenger is required, a direct signature will be required by the appropriate person or persons.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.  This includes any bounced or undeliverable packages.
• Multiple items are usually batched together in one shipment, unless purchased separately or requested as separate orders by the customer via direct email request.

International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.  This option may become available in the future.  For more information or updates on international shipping, you can subscribe to our email list and we will notify you of updates to shipping policies.
