  • All of our products are made to order.
  • Please make sure your contact information is accurate and clear so that we can send updates on lead time, shipping, and delivery information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order the customer places with us.  We may, in our sole discretion, cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.  Restrictions may apply to account.
  • In event an order needs to be changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time order was made.
  • If a gift purchase will not arrive on time, we can send an email to the gift recipient, which can read as follows:  "Your Ross Chains gift is arriving soon!".  You can email us at to set this up.
