Returns & Exchanges

By moving forward with returns or exchanges, you agree that you have read our Purchase Terms and Conditions and have thoroughly reviewed the instructions below, as well as size guides we provided to give customers a clear understanding of next steps.


  • All returns and exchanges require approval and cannot be guaranteed unless agreed upon.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, at the sender's expense.
  • Ross Chains reserves the right to refuse a repair/exchange of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
  • Should return/exchange meet approval, please include a copy of the invoice with your item and mail the securely packaged and protected merchandise to: Ross Chains, 47 West 47th Street, Floor 6, New York, NY 10036.
  • We expect the merchandise to be shipped to us in protected and well packaged condition so that shipping and handling does not affect the receipt of the product and our inspection process.
  • We do not refund shipping, unless an item is sent in error.
  • Some items are subject to a restocking fee.


  • Please fill out contact form and include pictures, and we will reach out to you with instructions.  Allow us 3-5 business days to respond, as we may have a waitlist or backlog to work through.
  • Items for exchange will be inspected before acceptance.
  • Custom orders are FINAL SALE.  They cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
