Adjustments & Repairs
Ross Chains' Jewelry is of high quality, but jewelry itself needs to be handled with care. We have provided insights on how to care for our products and we can also help you repair or make adjustments to our various products. We advise customers to review our size guides and our policies below before moving forward with adjustments and/or repairs.
Adjustments:
- We cannot adjust material adjusted or produced by others.
- Customers can contact us via phone or email to discuss adjustments. We cannot guarantee we will be able to deliver on any request made. We are not responsible for an inability to deliver on requests made concerning a product we have sold.
- It is in our sole discretion to adjust or not adjust merchandise sold on the Ross Chains website.
- Special requests and messages for gifts can be requested. We cannot guarantee all requests and messages can or will be made.
